Hi,

I am working as a contractor and company A holds my H1b visa. I got the full-time job in company B where I worked as a contractor. Company B is to transfer by H1b from A. Is it possible that company B can start processing my H1 transfer while I go to Nepal and come back with the visa that I got while with company A? The reason I wanted to do this is that I am going just for 2 weeks and I don't want to apply for another visa in US embassy as I won't have enough time to do this. Or do you think it's better if I tell company B to transfer my H1 after I come back from Nepal? Please suggest with any options if you have been in the similiar situation!
