If you do live in those cloudy,rainy and depressing area, you got to take Vitamin D and do light therapy. It's a strong halogen type of light that you stand in front for 15 -30 min early in the morning. Google it. I've been through it all; it makes your life much easier. If not you'll be angry and moody all the time beacuse of the lack of the vitamin that you should be getting from the sun in a natural environment. Knowledge is power. Nobody informed me and I was miserable all the time until my American friend suggested me. Spread the word around to your friends and family. Sometimes the consequences can be dangerous if you do not take it seriously. Vitamin D ! Vitamin D ! Vitamin D !.
