Is it possible to transfer h1 before 1st of October while in OPT with approved h1?
I am getting mixed answers on this. Would really appreciate if anyone has first hand experience doing the h1 transfer before october.

One more,, Do I need to have original I-797 to transfer or a copy is good enough??
