I am looking and calling everywehere to go home next april (i know, still 8 mnths left...tara sasto paainchha ki bhanera ni!). One of the agencies told me that paper tickets are no longer valid. Is this true?

And which is the best dalal to take tickets from, in terms of both (higher)reliability and (cheaper)cost?
