a friend of mine is trying to apply to undergrad in the US from Rwanda, trying to figure out how to get fee waivers for the SAT, and for the applications.  Any pointers?  does anyone remember which schools give good financial aid to international students?  Did you have to take TOEFL and SAT  exams etc? Its always helpful to hear from someone who has gone through the experience because we have no idea what we are doing! Any kind of suggestion or help will be very helpful.
