Yes, u r right Jhatka.. the requirements does not always come what you have got in the training... So, the main thing is u have to get thru the vendors first. As much as you can guff haning, it will be good. So, try to convince them that you are professional. I have got one or two interview. One I had a face to face, and it was very nice. But they told me later that the position is on hold since the budget for that position was not released. One I had a phone screening( with the client ). A desi guy took that interview for around 45 min but later got feedback that he is technically good but doesnt seem confident enough.
