I have been working SQL Server DBA over 5 years.There are so many challenges so  donot believe in indian consultancy.The most important thing is you should be prepared (study atleast 2-3 hours a day). Watch video from msdn.com and visit forums like www.sqlteam.com . It is production stuff so needs good experience.
