Hi friends

I am planning to apply for permanent residency through NIW category later this month. Recommendation letters are coming one after another. I am wondering if we Nepalese can apply for both I-140 and I-485 at the same time. Also, I am applying without consulting a Lawyer. If you have experiences, I would be grateful to you for sharing with me.
