Anyway:, stuff to do around Omaha:
** 2nd largest zoo in the United States. If you go to Henry Doorly Zoo, you won't regret your visit
** Old Market
If you get here during a Saturday, it's like a haat-bajar with lots and lots of farmers-market stores
**Thursdays there is Jazz on the Green at Joselyn Art Museum
Saturday from 10 AM to 12:00 PM it's free entry at Joselyn Art Museum where you can see portraits from Picasso to Monet
** Village Pointe is an outdoor mall and it will show you the class Omaha brings in the world (Omaha has more millionares per capita than ANY other city in America.
** If you are looking at lots of fun with the family, try the Amazing Pizza Machine in Millard--it is an indoor amusement park and for $25 you can get a buffet and unlimited rides.
** Ever heard of Lewis and Clark? Council Bluffs--right next to Omaha--is where Lewis and Clark negotiated with the Natives to cross the Missouri. Without this historical council, they could have never made it across!
** Harrah's casinos is world-famous for it's great games
** Heartland of America Park has America's second largest fountain and a wonderful park to stroll
** Durham Western Heritage Museum
** Hindu Temple
It looks like something you would find in Asia. Intricately made. A definite MUST-SEE when you come to Omaha---132nd Arbor Road (1 block North of W. Center Rd)
** Joselyn Castle and Central High School
Ever want to see a building that looks like Rana-shashan ko buildings? Those are the places to be.
