Sarkozy asked:
I have problem in my teeth, blood comes out of teeth. Not
every day but occasionally. Due to that some pain but not too much. I brush
2wice a day but still .....Could you help me how to stop that?
I’m sorry I can’t stop your bleeding from afar, Sarkozy.
Improper brushing technique traumatizes gums and can cause
bleeding. However, gums that bleed regularly could be a sign of gum disease (or
the risk of having one). There is a thing called plaque that forms regularly in
your teeth. Bleeding occurs when this plaque is not removed properly. This can
lead to a condition called gingivitis, in which your gums are going through inflammation.
You should maybe look into visiting a dentist one of these
days. I am bad with this too, but seeing a dentist at least once every 6 months
is a very good suggestion. From a personal experience:
I used to chew my pen a lot. This is unsanitary and also terrible for your teeth. This is
because the brushing of the hard surface on the teeth leads to loss of enamel
layer of your teeth—which is the protective layer. My tooth chipped by about
1/8†and I freaked out! It was crazy…now I have a rough surface on the tooth
and I still am not adjusted to this (although this happened like a year and a
half ago!!). Needless to say—I stopped chewing pens!
Jokes/Anecdotes aside, you should really look into going to
a dentist. If you cannot afford one, you can always go to a nearby University Hospital. You will receive Dental
students, but they are guided by the Professor, so it won’t be bad at all.
These students have worked hard to get into the system, so they will work hard
towards your well being as well.
