I am in a really bad situation right now. I am stuck with the desi consultancy and my employer has not even given me my receipt no. My OPT is valid till Jan 09. Have any of you been in the same situation. I havent done my masters so I am thinking to go back to school on F1 and study masters and get chutkara from this evil desi company. Do you guys know, if I will have any problem going back to school. My school's DSO also has said that if I am not approved then it wont be a problem.Please provide me with some suggestions.
