Its not like we don't have any official language in Nepal or any official dress. The president and the vp should be using official stuffs when in public. They are there to serve the public so they cannot do whatever they want to do, not even speak what language they choose to speak or wear what clothes they choose to wear. Some leaders seem to understand this whereas some unfortunately don't.
