Is it a strategic move made by Maoist???

I am kind of concerned about the current situation in Nepal. It seems the next government will be formed bypassing the Maoist and possibly will be lead again by GP Koirala. Maoist will be in the opposition and UML may support the government from outside without being part of the government. Now the question arises, is this a strategic move played by the Maoist to be in the opposition so that they can contine to creat chaos in the country in the name of new Nepal and people's revolution. I think, being in the opposition will give them a free hand to maintain their YCL and other gundagardi. Do you think, the leadership in Maoist decided that, if they can't control the new government in totality it is better to be in the opposition and wait for few more years so that they can get a full majority in the next election??? Is is the well made strategic move to contintue their agitation for few more years so that people will be tired of this stupid 4 party government and vote them in the next election????

I am kind of convinced that it may result in the well made move for them.
