To proof relationship of mama-bhanja... one way to do is birth certificates of several people involved so as to link the mama-bhanja. Which means birth certificates of Mama, bhanja and bhanja's mother's as well. These three birth certificate can link Mama-bhnaja for blood relationship. Also consider getting certificate "Nata-Praminit" from Nagarpalika, if possible.

2. Yes, submit all kinds of educational certificates and transcripts. They talk about more than 14 years of education, or 17+ or so on.. therefore, if you only submit Bachelor degree certificate of Nepal, then it will be hard to determine how many total formal education years witthout SLC.
