Q4. My previous answer is the answer to this Q also. When dicision makers are the bahuns and this failed contract shows that they cannot compete with the foreign counterparts. Maybe they could not convince them. But if u give me the details of Kodaks agreement, I will try to shed some light.

Q5. Boy, tiny amount. man, read papers and articles. Nepal existence depends on donor countries. Can u tell me how much ADB and others pored money for Hydropower in Nepal and they still fail! Where does all the money go? Why hydro projects still not successful in a country whose richness lay hidden in its very river arteries? Why wildife INGOs not able to protect endangered wildlife? Where does the money go? And the answer = Again most NGs have bahuns as big officials.

Q6. We can create our own model if the is govt. is corrupt free and when there is an environment for free and fair competition. How can we create models? I will tell u later. i have to go to work now to send money home.

And Nepal being a part of UN nation - not a big deal. Most nations are are part of UN. This is not a nice role played by bahuns. UN came, they proposed and we accepted and bahuns happened to be the leaders as usual. So don't take credit for this. Don't compare Nepal to Sikkim etc. Nepal did not lose its identity even after WW but lost its landmass to India.

I am not still satisfied with ur answer. Trust me we can build infrastructure etc, don't have to depend on  agriculture. These will be my arguements next time.
