Now u have talked sensibly. Yes I agree there are more than 50 LCDs in a total of 240 + countries. Yes, there are countries in worse situations than Nepal. At least we are not no1. on the ladder of poor nations. We climbed from 3rd to 13th and maybe one day we will be delisted from that list = A DREAM OF ALL NEPALESE. And u think this is because of bahuns - I don't think so. Almost every nepali family has at least one member abroad and what do they do? send money back to help their famiies. This has contributed something to Nepal's economy and helped us climb the ladder.

My following points will answer ur questions but lemme make it clear here - u are blaming Nepal's geographic location for its downfall. Again showing ur true colors - to hide. Nepal's geographic features are rather a boon (if u use it wisely) than a wrath. These will be my next questions to u... And this will answer ur 1st Q.

2) NEPAL's as kirat and some bahuns pointed out that 90% of govt.work force is occupied by bahuns - a fact. When they do cost-benefit analysis?
