Do you know about the process of applying for F1 visa in Bahamas?

I am confused about when do we have to submit DS 156 and all othet documents?

In Nepal, we need to submit the forms while applying for the appointment of interview date but here we can get the appointment over phone.

Please tell me the process, if you know.
