MadDog and others,
Yesterday night I tried my best to find contact add of all the concerned parties i.e. Global Security, Yathro hotel, Nepalis Association of Man Power, and Nepalis emabssies around. I found add of Global Security and wrote immediately.

In such cases its always better to contact foreign parties (than Nepalis) they are quick in response and try their best in most cases. Like I said I got prompt response but my bad :-( that was bit different. Just now I was trying to write Iraqi Police Headquarters and Baghdad Airport, and American humanitarian forces in Baghdad but got a good news that Nepal has sent some officials.

Here is an extract from email from Global Security(copied and pasted)...Good Luck all the Nepali brothers.

Hello,

You have contacted us in error as we are GlobalSecurity.org, not Global
Security.
We are a private research organization and we do not have any operations or
staff in Baghdad or Iraq.

Sincerely,
