id say.. she's either out of love with you or she loves you but needs some pampering and attention..!(two extreme sides). a phrase having a word "even", makes it a lil confusing..!
i can advice you coz i sed it once.. n yeah! i def. meant it..!! ;-)
you seem to be a nice guy.. i guess you need to pamper her more often.
