As far as Iraq embassy things go, I don't know how much helpful they will be but we need to find exactly what manpower agency they were in Nepal who sent them ? and how ? It's something we should put pressure on Nepal govt. Probably  requesting the leading newspapers..and HUMAN RIGHT PEOPLE ( lets see how much they really care about human lives ) to put pressure on Nepal govt. to take a step at national level.

Wonder why can't the manpower agents be disclosed and punished. And why people agree to come to Iraq. That's just unfortunate.
