Serial Blasts rock Janakpur.... capital of Madhesh. CARE Nepal, American PVO, (and one of the largest INGO in Nepal with an annual budget of USD 10M) is also hit. I remember, a year ago, when W Bush sent a message to GP, he specifically expressed his sympethetic concerns for the Madhesh issue. Now Madhesh backfired him...... a kick in the butt..... how short sighted these imperialist kids............ kati ramailo...... hehehehe............. just like Osama backfired the Yankeees.... hehehehe...........keta ho.........So dont mess up in others internal affairs........
