well, i would like to say this is a nice question. who is who? this question cannot be given in one line and compare one from another. you cannot just say gyanendra is better then prachanda and  at the same time you cannot say prachanda is better then gynendra. there are some good and bad points for gyanendra and prachand too.Gyanendra did leave the crown gracefully. he was not a king for a long time to prove if he was a good king or a bad king. I think paras made gyanendra more infamous then he did himself.

Nepali people like myself, looked at him from the side, that he was the most suspicious person behind the death of the birendra shah. We do have some proof like the people who were there in the palace that day, including the husband of the late princess shruti. And it was for sure that there was affair between and dipendra and  devyani rana and she was considered form the third class rana family inside the palace. At the same time one can  say gyanendra killed everybody because tthe whole family was just cremated when the whole country was in curfew.

same thing goes with prachanda. he just came to the power, nobody knows how he will run the country. till now he is a hero from communism side but he is a evil if one looks from the eyes of the western world and average people living in nepal too. his party has killed lot of people in these few years that one can put this incident as a genocide. He might be a freedom fighter, he might be the one that will take our country a step ahead, but he has a long way to go. He has to prove to the nepali people and the rest of the world that he has no bad ambition  and his action as of today was for a definite good purpose. He has been saying that revolutin starts from the barrel of the gun. well , the time has come for him to show his outcome of the revolution. People did gave him a chance, people did wanna see him in power. Now it is his time to show how he will lead the country. He has not done anything till now, but now it is his time, and we the people are waiting for him to see what is he be doing in these comming years. If he does good thing for the people and the country, yes we will say he is the one and he is better then gyanendra and the rest of all netas, but if he just a big talker then he is worst then anybody else because lot of people have been put into death and there has been  lot and lot of false hopes that he has put in the mind of the poor people of the nepal. Well one can always say that is the character of all the politicians.
