since H1-B creates lot of mess, i've decided to go back to school again which i really don't want to.
my spouse's visa was rejected when s/he applied  for F2 and visiting visa.

i heard US embassy  in kathmandu is very strict these days. do u guys think it might be worthy to apply dependent visa again?

or,any other way to bring the spose here?
