Correct. Wonder how China went after economic development putting aside everything else. They were not this good in pre 1990s. But then they welcomed investment. Though not a democratic country their economy is booming.

We can definitely inject money into the system to build infrastructures, various other job creating projects. But does today's politics in Nepal give us even 1% chance? Wonder if they will ask u for Chanda, threaten with u extortion and kidnapping. Who would u please, YCL ? Madheshi extremist groups? other numerous groups? What they did to the country is simply disgusting.

King was not doodh ko dhuleko,  but they were after him as if he was root cause of all problems. Now that he is gone, they can't help fighting like monkeys. The same blame game, same stupidity, Nepal can go to hell for them as long as they can get the power.
