I agree. If only we can bring the poverty level down hopefully the corruption will go down.

Still I believe, more than necessity, it has become a part of life. Like dal bhat. Those who r poorly           remunerated only take bribes in hundreds but those who r truly rich , they take bribes in amounts unimaginable. Why do they need so much when they are already wealthy? coz they wanna seize the opportunity to get every ounce they can get.

I tend to think more politically. I dream of a strong independent judiciary system which is not influenced by any party or politics so that all cases can be dealt with fairness. I dream of a strong work force, a bunch of talented motivated young generation who can go after their goals. Finally a govt that is accountable.
