33. As Nepali nari mentioned above, Edinburgh hosts one of the biggest festivals of Europe 'Edinburgh Festival'. Summer is time to be in Europe especially when summer/music festivals hit all over. Including Glastonbury festival (biggest festival of the world) and famous Roskilde Music festival (Denmark).
