Yes, i have downloaded the package, and i found the page you are talking about. However, in page b1, it says (under USA) you must provide: a copy of item 1(= pc-1 letter), item 2 (= a full set of fingerprints), item 3( = money order of $ 18), and (in item 4 it says )specify the fingerprints are for canadian immigraiton purpose. My confusion is on to whom those items (1-4), we must provide. If this is for immigration office, then why do we submit them item 3? if this is for FBI, then why we submit them the item 1?
btw, you appear to be a very knowledge in this process. can i contact you if you have email ID to know more in detail ?
