First go to your local police station (city, town, etc). Tell them you need to get your finger prints taken for immigration. They will charge you small fee. Once you get your finger prints, send it to FBI office. Here is the weblink: http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm. It takes about 4-5 weeks for FBI to return it to you. On the card you send, FBI will have stamp saying "no record found" if you have no criminal back ground. I hope this helps. Cheers
