Supermarket is in the corner and open 24/7 hours, 7 train just 2 minutes walking Distance and 10 minutes from E,F,V,G,and R Subway Station,Restaurants,Grocery Store,and laundry within a block away,so you are renting a room close to everything you need.We have to split the Electricity,Gas and Food cost.
