NC leader Amaresh’s presence at SPA meet questioned

KATHMANDU, June 21 - Presence of Nepali Congress
(NC) leader Amaresh Kumar Singh at the ongoing meeting of the top leaders of the
Seven Party Alliance (SPA) on Saturday has sparked disapproval from some of the
parties of the coalition.
Fringe constituents of the SPA are learnt to have started questioning following Singh’s regular participation in the SPA meeting.
The leaders of the smaller parties questioned about the reason for Singh’s participation, according to sources.
Following the disapproval, NC leader Singh did not participate in today’s meet although he had reached Baluwatar early this morning for the SPA meet.
