This is a perfect example of brownnosing. No one in a normal mind would imagine Prachanda being conferred the Peace Award. Not even Prachanda, in his wildest dream, would have thought of getting the award.

What a disgrace! It is so sad that Dr. Dilli Raman Regmi Foundation, which carries the name of Dr. Regmi, the person who always supported the Gandhi's way for nonviolent resistance has decided to go against his character.

But this is Nepal, anything can happen.
