Hello KTMbata,

Visit the following community site for more info about Associates in Nursing:

www.dcccd.edu

This site is of the Dallas County Community College District, which has seven different community colleges in the Dallas area. Three of them, North Lake College, Brookhaven College, and El Centro College offer Associates in Nursing. So, when you visit the site, choose all these three colleges and look for their Associate Degree Programs>>>>Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or simply Associates in Nursing programs.

If you have any questions, feel free to write in this thread. I am not sure if the TOEFL score you have comes as good or okay since it's many years since I took mine. But you can check with the Community College International Student Office in the site to find out abt the TOEFL score.

BTW, what is PCL??? As I have seen, most students come to a US college (mainly a four-year university for Visa reasons in Nepal) with an I-20 majoring in other fields; when they get here, they take some classes and make good grades in those classes, and apply for Nursing Programs. Because Nursing programs are highly competetive, they require good grades.

Go over the sites, also consult with different educational consultancies in KTM I hope they won't charge you just for consultation, and get an idea of what the trend is and the best way to approach.

Good Luck to you.
