Interesting INS rule!!! When did it start? I have frens, who are in OPT and they are working an odd jobs, not in a paycheck, though! They finished their "associate degree". Does that apply to them? I mean. is it only for MASTER/BACHELOR degree or everyone  in OPT? It's really a great topic. All helping hands are appreciated!!!
