Thanks to All those who viwed it. I was able to finish this. There was a silly mistake on my part.

Solution: Although the file path is assigned dynamically during the run time, it needs a value to validate teh connection at the start of the task. My value for the variable--"filetoimport" was empty and it was giving eror because couldn't find the value for file connection.
