" works same way as rebtel i think... may be not the best rate, but who cares, if u get to talk whenever u want and its clear...i call home almost twice a week these days, that way i have short conversations and get quick updates, as opposed to stupid himtel where i'm talking to everyone including my pet trying to finish up the 60 horrible minutes it gives...
