Read the last paragraph very carefully, Dr. Dulal had a great courage to write: "The government should instantly form a probe panel to investigate the murder of Ram Hari Shrestha. The guilty should be brought to book immediately. It is pathetic that there is not a single person in the security services and the administration who can take action against the Maoist leaders. If our administration continues to be filled with cowards, all of us will fall prey to a criminal and totalitarian regime. Ram Hari is not only an individual, he is a symbol of Maoist high-handedness and the future we might have to endure under Maoist leadership. It is already too late for the general public to stop the Maoists from behaving as a state in themselves. Still, we have to speak up for a legitimate cause. If we fail to stop them now, there is a risk of losing our freedom, our sovereignty and our lives."
