Thanks all.

On another note, when I am doing a high intensity jogging (carrying my 70+ kg weight on a running 2 mile track at 5mph), I get 'stretched' muscle thing on the front of the foot (between knee and ankle, front side). This happens just when I am 3 quarters way thru and I am passing some girls on track. Numerous times I have had to just fall and work my leg.

Any suggestions?

BTW running is not recent, just the pain is.
