Hey Zee,
When did you get the receipt? Was it for PP? Advanced or regular? And have you checked with USCIS online?
I dont think they are sending any receipt notice to rejected one. If it is still pending with PP, it can be on 'waiting list' too. You have checked everywhere, I guess.
