After 2046, when parties became open they almost ignored organization spread. They gave entry to some popular/ unpopular members but with no knowledge in politics or at least with no dedication.

Yes, there should be clear line that differentiates UML from Maoist and Congress, UML is trying to be revolutionary than Maoist and Demcratic than NC. and is not possible. so, there should be clear area where it can say We are alternatives to none and we have no alternatives. This is the time when organization needs to be rearranged/ reorganize , save from fleeing the party member to maoist. beacause now many have started thinking maoist are alternatives to UML.
