Who is the best, Baban Singh or Mouist ???  Babin Singh killed only 30-40 but Mouist killed 15000 innocent people. So, i think Babin Singh is better then Mouist???

Sitll Mouist are giving torture  but Baban Singh is doing nothing. Pls first think and comment :-
