nothing to worry about..........its easy...........

hit 1st stroke down .........ya like that.......... with your thumb

2nd stroke with your index finger.....lift your chords slightly up to sound like "chiak"

3rd and 4th with your thumb (both down stroke)

5th with you index finger (same like 2nd stroke)

Does it sing like "Zhing chiak zhing zhing chiak"

its 4/4 so count it like..... "1  2  3&   4" . 
you can play song like "maya meri maya duita geda dainya ra baiyan"

I think 'techguy' is right. Its very difficult to learn through this thread.
