Hi Guys,
The OPT rule has changed as you might have received an email from your school. You have to be employed within 90 days from the start of the OPT. But, my question is, my OPT started in October 2007 and was employed till February. I have been unemployed since then. Does, that mean, I could be out of status or will that be effective starting through April 8th 2008?i.e have a job within a 3 months time frame starting April 2008?
