Kalki Kapil,

No discuss about English language. I admit, it's our second language, no matter how good one writes, chances of misunderstanding still persist at some point. I don't think it's big deal regarding the subject matter here.

The main point here is: You were grateful to US (America, Ok dude) while the Terrorist Tag on Maoists was not removed. You did not even think at that time that Maoists would soon become the elected government of Nepal and the US will change it's view on Maoists, e.g. removing the terrorist tag was necessary. You were advocating US did good thing by not removing the Terrorist Tag. Ahile ta US le pani dhulo chataidiyo ni Kalki Kapil lai ki kaso?

While I don't want to save Maoists, I just want to share what I feel. Of course, death of so many people was not necessary and it is sad to put the high figure. Here are my observations:
- We make mistake here by blaming Maoist 100% for the death of 1300 people in Nepal. The root cause partly lies somewhere else and also let's not forget that more than 70% were killed by the state. Whom to blame for taking up arms by Maoists? Innocent people are killed at least equally by the State and Maoists.
- I see Maoists as the action party. Not like UML, Congress and RPP who forgot people and did not spend a single minute to transform Nepal's social structure. For this thing, Maoists are welcome despite their violent activities.
- Violently or peacefully, Maoist have brought a lot of positive changes in Nepal, which UML and Congress never would do.
- If we spit venom and Maoist and do nothing to improve us or our party (if associated), then for sure, one day Maoist will expand their party such that any other party will be close to non-existent.

Kapil lai soch bichar garne fursad chhaina hola. J payo tei pyachcha bolera afno chitta bujhako chha. Thorai khayera dherai okelna khojeko Kalki le.
