One more thing...just imagine that he decide to leave the country voluntarily...why will he need assylum...don't you think he can afford to come to any country and stay there...if you seriously believe that he has billions of rupees as some Maoist claim and has property all over the world why will he need assylum. If he leaves the country he will have choice to make his own decisions.
