One quick question: Is he from Nepal/Bihari nepali? We Nepalease don't have that hard english accent even though we are not as fluent as english/americans.

To be on positive side he seems to be better than our old leaders who don't have guts to take interviews with foreign medias in English. For example, you all know the disaster of press conference conducted by our Nepali Rambo.

Anywho however he speaks his english is not the matter of concern, hopefully he will take our country better direction.
