That excerpt you pulled out was from naturalization page. Do you even know what naturalization means? It means that you are going to become a citizen. Hello, is anyone here applying for citizenship? It doesn't talk about getting deported. Why the hell are you trying to create commotion? Or are you scaring the F-1 students who support communism? What was that about recording IP address? Do you even know how hard it is to track down IP address and sue people for downloading illegal music? Let alone based on their views on a website.
