Although Narahari Won from KTM, you cant read too much into it whether he won by being Ganatantrabadi or not. Congress had strong showing in KTM overall. I dont know if you can say the same thing to winners of 1, 3, 4 or 8. There are two  things we need to know to know this in more detail.

1. How much of "ganatantrabadi" vote did he get from other parties such as "Janamorcha"

2. How would the equation be like if there was no Kamal Thapa there? where would their vote go to help?
