Unidentified persons shot independent candidate for the Constituent Assembly (CA) elections, Shambhu Prasad Singh on Thursday near a poll booth at Gadaiya VDC in Sarlahi constituency-6.
He was shot on his cheeks at around 4.30 this evening.
