Let's say you were in an accident and your hand got infected with a wound. There are only three pills available. One pill is called Maoist, second one is called Congress and third one is called Royalist.
You are only allowed to take one pill after knowing certain facts about these pills.

Maoist Pill: Known to have caused 15,000 deaths without any rhyme or reason. Yet there are some optimistic doctors - who own the company that made the pill, that think it may cure the infection because they believe in it. If you take this pill, you leave your hope of survival on a bunch of doctors who profit from the sale of the pill, but history has shown that it's certain death for you.

Congress Pill: Known to have side effect requiring limb amputation. Most of the pills available in the market are dead expired but you dont' have any choice but to take what is available. If you take this pill, you may get well. Worst case scenario your hand gets amputated. The doctors dont care whether it has to be amputated or you get cured.

Royalist Pill. Known to have mostly same effects as the Congress Pill, except that it is manufactured in Nepal. The doctors that manufactured it depends on you for their profit because without you, they don't exist nor profit.

Nepal needs the right medicine. Choose it wisely.
