i tend to agree with what you said. but nepal's in a dicy situation with tibetans protesting against china in our territories. it's difficult to enact a neutral role when on one hand, the underdogs (tibetans) are fighting for their rights (we can relate it to ourselves to a large extent--we being underdog ourself) and on the other hand, china being the giant neighbor and the economic military supreme, we can't just keep quiet and let the protests transform into riots against the neighbor in our territories. This damn geography.
